Nutrition for Older Adults
Dance Energy Fitness simplify our nutrition programs to help educate the need of a diet rich in protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals for individuals over the age of 60 .
Our programs focus on incorporating foods from all food groups into their meals – fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, and low-fat dairy products.
